Funeral service was held in Marion last Friday for A. C. Young, former resident of Anamosa, who died suddenly Tuesday of last week at 2 a.m. at his home in Marion.

Survivors are his wife, and children, Clifford Young and Mrs. Russell Meade jr., Anamosa; V. C. Young, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Glen Aldrich, Monticello; Mrs. Rudolph Karal, Fairfax; Mrs. Kenneth Burns and Mrs. David Price, Marion; Mrs. James Kidwell, Greely, Mo.; and Pvt. Harold Young, who is serving in the Marines.

Also surviving are 23 grandchildren, one brother, Cedar Rapids; two sisters, Mrs. Peter Moore, Marengo and Mrs. Grace Johnson, Des Moines.
