CEDAR RAPIDS--Dale Nietter, Cedar Rapids, former resident of Anamosa, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Dec. 4.

Funeral services are pending at Turner chapel, Cedar Rapids. Burial will be in Cedar Memorial cemetery.

He was born July 18, 1911, at Central City. He was married to Ruby Bruce, June 28, 1933, at Anamosa. He made his home in Cedar Rapids for the last 18 years, and was employed by Penick and Ford.

He was a member of Local 100; Grain Millers union.

Survivors include his wife; a sister, Vera Smith, Central City; and a half-sister, Freda Bruce, Martelle.
