OXFORD JUNCTION--Funeral service for William H. Hansen, Center Junction, were held at the Hayden Funeral home, Oxford Junction, Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 14, at 1:30. Gerald E. Shibley, of the Presbyterian church, Onslow, conducted the service. Burial was in the cemetery at Massillon.

Mr. Hansen died Saturday morning, Aug. 11, at University hospital, Iowa City, following a lingering illness.

Pallbearers included Vernon Fritcher, Harry Juehring, Lloyd Hamdorf, Russell Annear, Duane Hansen and Ronald Ehlers.

Hymns were sung by Mrs. Hans Ahrendsen and Mrs. Otto Koranda with Mrs. Hayden as organist.

He was born June 21, 1906, son of Jacob and Marie Johannsen Hansen, Princeton. He was united in marriage to Elsie Hamdorf. He had lived for a number of years at Center Junction where he was engaged in farming.

Survivors include his wife; four sons, Larry, Alaska; Robert and Kenneth, Germany; Norman, at home. Larry, Robert and Kenneth are serving in the United States Military service. Larry and Kenneth were present for the services.

Other survivors included a sister, Mrs. Bernice Ehlers, Wyoming; three brothers, Henry, Wyoming; Meinhardt, Cedar Rapids; and Ralph, Elwood.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and a brother.
