Services were held last Saturday for Glen Willis Hopkins, 66, who died Jan. 2, 1979 at the Jackson County Public Hospital, Maquoketa.

The funeral was held at 10:30 a.m. at Hayden Funeral Home, Wyoming, with Rev. Loren Simpson officiating. Burial was in the Monmouth Cemetery.

Hopkins was born Aug. 13, 1912, to Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hopkins, on a farm near Wyoming.

He was cared for in his parent's home until his mother passed away in 1960. After that, he lived in a custodial home and a nursing home in Maquoketa.
