FAIRVIEW--Funeral service was held Thursday afternoon at the Methodist church at Fairview for Cicero Percival Aldrich, 93, who died Tuesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. George Cusher. Burial was made in the Wilcox cemetery at Viola.

Casket bearers were Louis Joslin, Frank Remington, Will Klinefelter and Hack Rumple.

Mr. Aldrich was born the son of Hiram and Celynda Aldrich July 13, 1846, in Morrow county, O. He moved with his parents, when he was six years old, to Wisconsin. He lived there until he was 24 years old, when he moved to Jones county.

On Sept. 19, 1870, he was married to Agnes Mattie Ann Stroud. She died July 10, 1926. Three children were born to the couple, two of whom survive. Children are Mrs. George Cusher, Fairview, and Silas H. Aldrich, Fairview. Emily preceded her father in death.

Other survivors are five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.

Mr. Aldrich was a member of the Methodist church at Fairview since 1888. He was a member of the United Brethren church in Wisconsin for several years previous to his affiliation at Fairview.
