FROM ONSLOW

ONSLOW, Dec. 4, 1876

Editors eureka- Death has stepped in and taken away one off our best business men. Wm. H. Supple, of the firm of Supple Bros., died last Monday morning, Nov 27. He went home on Saturday night, a week before as was his custom. To spend Sabbath at the farm in Clay Township and return to his business on Monday morning. But alas! This time he did not return. He was taken down with lung fever and in one short week was dead. He was one that we shall miss very much. He was 33 years of age and unmarried, and was born on the farm where he died. To Onslow he has been great help. He came here about 3 years ago and engaged in the lumber business and has always been ready to do anything that would help the place. He has taken chances that no other dealer ever would that we have ever had, and thus has helped more to build up our village and in his habits he was worthy of example. Frank, the only remaining brother, will move to town in a few days and continue the business.
