Theodore M. Clymer, 57, 633 Seventh St., West Des Moines, former Anamosa resident died Monday, Feb. 15, at Independence, of a heart condition.
Funeral services were scheduled for Friday, Feb. 1, at 11 a.m. at the McLaren Funeral home. Burial will be in Glenwood cemetery.
Mr. Clymer was a former executive secretary of the Y.M.C.A. and Boy Scout executive in Anamosa. He and his family moved to West Des Moines two and a half years ago from Anamosa.
He was a member of the Methodist church in West Des Moines. He was born in Newark, N.J.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth; three sons, Ted, Ocean City, N.J.; James and Ned at home; and two young men the Clymers reared in their home, John Kewley, Baytown, Texas; and Arnold Wheeler, Franklin Grove, Ill.
