Private services were held for Ann Marie Flannigan, 87, Onslow, with burial in St. James Cemetery, Colorado, Iowa. Hayden Funeral Home made funeral arrangements.

Mrs. Flannigan died last Sunday in Jackson County Hospital, Maquoketa.

She was born in Sedgley, Staffordshire County, England on January 4, 1890, the daughter of Richard and Sarah Price Foster.

She married Thomas Flannigan at Glascow, Scotland, and the couple lived at Kirkantilloch, Scotland, all their married lives.

In May, 1950, Mrs. Flannigan came to live with her daughter, Mrs. Carl Stark, Onslow. She continued to work as a registered psychiatric nurse for several years after moving to Onslow.

Surviving are her daughter, Nora, a son, Thomas, Kirkantilloch, Scotland, and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and two sisters.
