Anamosa, Jan. 18.--Mrs. Anna Appleby died on Tuesday and was buried Thursday in the Holy Cross cemetery by the side of a little son who died a couple of years ago. The funeral services were held in St. Patrick's church. Mrs. Appleby's maiden name was Sampica and she was only about 27 years old. Her health had been failing for two years. She is survived by her husband, to whom she was a loving and affectionate wife.
