Antone Vozenilek
December 24, 1910–September 17, 1976

OXFORD JCT.—The funeral of Antone Vozenilek, 65 was held Sept 20 at Hayden's Funeral home. Burial was at Mayflower cemetery. Rev. Gary Dobbins officiated.

Mr. Vozenilek died at Anamosa Community hospital Sept 17. He was born near Oxford Jct. Dec 24, 1910, son Frank and Mary Vozenilek.

He attended rural school near Oxford Jct. he married Cora Lloyd and they lived most of their life in Oxford Jct. He was employed by Milwaukee railroad.

Survivors include a son Alfred, Maquoketa; 2 daughters, Mrs Clifford (Dora) Meier of Bellevue and Mrs. Robert (Mary Jane) Frey of Durant; 7 grandchildren; 3 brothers, George and Frank of Oxford Jct., and Joseph of Maquoketa and 2 sisters, Mrs. Lena Jeffrey of Londen and Mrs. Mary Andrews of Greenview, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife a brother and a sister.

Pallbearers were Peter Skinver, Edward Bahl, Fred Benhard, Emile Buican, Delmer Merchon and Emery Meade.
