Funeral rites for Mrs. Robert (Norma J.) McKenzie, 55, mother of Daniel McKenzie, Tipton, were held at Iowa City Feb. 24 with the Rev. Wilbur Wilcox officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens cemetery.

Mrs. McKenzie died at her home in Iowa City Feb. 22.

The daughter of Clayton and Frances Schultz Gerard, she was born in Millersburg July 22, 1930. She attended Millersburg and Iowa City schools and the University of Iowa. She was married to Robert D. McKenzie in Iowa City July 29.

She is survived by her husband, 2 sons, Daniel, Tipton, and David, Marshalltown; 2 grandchildren, her mother, Iowa City; 3 sisters, Evelyn Regian, Lindale, Texas; Lillian Klein, Iowa City and Mary Lou Beals, Marshalltown and 2 brothers, Dean, Iowa City and James, Arlington, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father.
