Funeral services for Jeremy Duane Phelps, 3 1/2, Iowa City, were held June 27 at the North Liberty United Methodist church, with the Rev. Charles Kellogg officiating. Burial was in the Ridgeway cemetery, North Liberty.

Jeremy Phelps died June 24 at University hospitals in Iowa City after a short illness.

He was born Nov. 11, 1979 in Iowa City to Randall and Debra Colony Phelps.

He is survived by his parents; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Colony, North Liberty; Keith Phelps, West Branch and Mrs. Betty Harden, Cedar Valley and his great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Pearson, West Branch and Mrs. Louise Salyars, LeClaire.
