Dianne L. Coppens, 76, of Iowa City, died Tuesday, February 27, 2024. No funeral services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center, 3910 Napoleon Ln, Iowa City, Iowa, 52240.

Diane Coppens was born May 8, 1947, in Emmetsburg, Iowa, to parents Don and Doris (Lee) Rouse. She worked as a computer operator before retiring in November of 2014.

Her family includes her children, Sean Coppens, and Katherine Pickering.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and by her brothers, Doug, and Dirk.
