Mary Loomis, 73

Mary Lucille Barnes Loomis, 73, of New Richmond, Wis., died Monday, Aug. 8, 2005, at Regent's Hospital, St. Paul, Minn., after a massive heart attack.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Gay and Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service will be in charge of local arrangements.
Survivors include her daughters, Mari Traicoff of New Richmond and Paula Slone of Federal Way, Wash., and a sister, Jo Ann Barnes of Marion.

Mary Lucille Barnes Loomis lived in Iowa City for many many years and worked as a nurse at Mercy Hospital. Her parents were Joseph & Minnie Henderson Barnes of Marengo.
