Funeral services for Robert A. Potter, 47, Iowa City, son of Atty. and Mrs. Ray Potter, were held at Iowa City, July 29, with burial in Oakland cemetery. Mr. Potter died at his home in Iowa City following a heart attack July 25.

The son of Ray and Gladys Snieder Potter, he was born in Kansas City, Mo., April 22, 1927. He was married to Ann Bruce in Iowa City, June 4, 1961

He was employed at the Veterans hospital for 22 years. He served in the Air Force during World War II. He was a member of Cedar Lodge No. 11 AF and AM, Tipton; the Bethlehem Shrine of White Shrine Jerusalem, the Jessamine Chapter No. 135 Order of the Eastern Star, and the Davenport Consistry. He was also a member of the American Legion post at Tipton and the Johnson County REACT.

He is survived by his wife, a daughter, Annie, at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Potter, Tipton; 2 sisters, Mrs. Patricia Wagaman, Stoughton, Wis., and Mrs. Delmar Cram, Humboldt.
