Greggory “Greg” E. Boutelle, age 42, passed away November 1, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Greg was born November 4, 1979 in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Glenn and Patricia (Stodolak) Boutelle. Greg was a kind, outgoing and very artistic person. Greg graduated from City High School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa and went on to receive his Masters in Fine Arts from Ohio University. Greg enjoyed reading, playing board games, cooking and making things with his hands. He loved animals, music, and nature – anything that inspired his creativity. Most of all, Greg was kind. He was always willing to help anyone who was in need. Greg’s passing leaves an emptiness in the lives he touched. His legacy and memory will be carried on by all who love him.

Greg’s family include his parents, Glenn and Pat; siblings, Martin Wegner and Rachel (Dennis) Kemp; niece, Ashleigh Singleton. Greg was in a committed relationship with Amanda Lee and her children, Owen and Aiden.

A simple cremation has been arranged in accordance with Greg’s wishes. Please continue to keep his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
