Funeral services for Robert Clarence Stout, 39, were held April 17 at the Coon Creek church near Lisbon. The Rev. Ralph Schenk officiated. Burial was in the Lisbon cemetery.

Pallbearers were Clellan Fuller, Robert Kamberling, Robert Gainew, Acie Grisham, Charles Frannaman and LaVern Cook.

Mr. Stout died suddenly at his home in the Coon Creek vicinity April 15 following a heart attack.

The son of Clarence and Florence Staley Stout, he was born in Johnson county Nov. 1, 1925. He attended the Coon Creek and Lisbon schools and spent his life in the Lisbon area, where he was a farmer.

He was married to Ruth Wiskus Oct. 9, 1961 at the Coon Creek church.

He is survived by a daughter, Sally Ann; 3 step-children, Kenneth and David Wiskus and Mrs. Larry (Martha) Oldorf; his mother, Florence Stout, Lisbon; 4 sisters, Mrs. Harold (Mildred) Fisher, Martelle; Mrs. Henry (Marjorie Hunwardsen, Council Bluffs; Mrs. Howard (Audrey) Miller, Cedar Rapids and Mrs. William (Betty) Mohr, Lisbon, and a step granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence, in 1943.
