Another pioneer has gone, with the passing of Mrs. J. R. Sheppard of Morse, who died Tuesday night, Nov. 26. Mrs. Sheppard was a woman of advanced years and her health had been failing for some time.

Surviving are her husband, J. R. Sheppard, three daughters and three sons, Mrs. Frank Akerly, Mrs. Jerry Akers, Miss Pearl Sheppard, R. T., William and Harry Sheppard.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 o'clock Friday afternoon, at the family home at Morse.
