Naomi Jean Asprey, 93, wife of the late Dr. Gene M. Asprey of Iowa City, IA passed away Saturday, October 20, at Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4 PM, Thursday, October 25, at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service, Iowa City. Inurnment at The Trinity Episcopal Columbarium.
Born on June 30, 1925 in Reinbeck, IA the daughter of John and Hulda (Miller) Orr. She received her B.A. from The University of Northern Iowa. Naomi had been a physical education teacher at Southeast and Northwest Junior High School and West High School. Sh also resided in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Survivors include three children, Bill Asprey, Jill Levin and David Asprey; three grandchildren, Sarah and Mariah Levin and William Asprey; three great-grandchildren, Zoe and Sandro Levin and Stellan Asprey.
