James Edward Duke, 53, of Iowa City, passed away August 3, 2018 at The University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.

In honor of Jim, a potluck will be held on Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at The Kirkwood Room, 515 Kirkwood Avenue, in Iowa City.

Jim was born May 28, 1965 in Indiana to Vernon and Norma (Earle) Duke.

He attended college at The University of Iowa and was an employed at The University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.

Jim is survived by his sister, Cathy Nordsieck and her family of Lexington, MO, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
