PETER ALT TAKEN IN DEATH THURSDAY

Peter Alt, 90, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Leroy Miller, west of Iowa City at 10 o'clock today (Thursday) of a heart attack following a two week illness.
A native of Australia, Mr. Alt came to the United States as a young man. He was married to Sarah Ressler, March 13, 1885. They were the parents of six children all of who survive. Mrs. Alt preceded him in death October 28 of last year.
