Miller Will

The will of Joseph H. Miller, who died Dec. 12, was admitted to probate Tuesday. It leaves his estate in equal shares to his sisters, Emma H. Miller and Mary Babbage, and his nephew, Robert W. Babbage. The First Trust and Savings Bank is named executor without bond.
