Paula Kinyon, 65 of Iowa City died Saturday, December 3, 2016, under hospice care in Mason City, Iowa.

Celebration of Life services will be held at 2pm Saturday, December 17, 2016, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service, with burial to follow at Ridgewood Cemetery in North Liberty. Paula was born April 9, 1951 in Ft. Dodge, Iowa the daughter of Joseph Breno Sr. and Norma Stockwell Breno. The family moved to Iowa City where Paula attended schools, graduating from West High School. She then attended and graduated Parks College in Denver, CO. She married Michael J. Kinyon on October 10, 1971, in New York. Michael died on January 20, 1976.

Her family includes her daughter, Saroya Kinyon-England and her husband, Aaron England; grandchildren, Mikenzie Kinyon, Zachary Kinyon Kramer, Hayley England, Cheyan and Jarrett Blackburn; Paula’s siblings, Mary Davis (Terry), Joseph Breno Jr., Patricia Breno, John Breno (Connie), and Cindy Adams; several nieces and nephews, Paula’s best friend, Denise Favreau and her children, Jason and Christopher.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Michael; twin Sons, Saroyan Mykan and Kristopher Jon Kinyon; and sister-in-law, Susan Breno.
