Terry Allen Lawrence, 47, of North Liberty, passed away February 5, 2016 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. There will be a celebration of life from 1 -4 PM, April 3, 2016 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Marion, Iowa.

Terry is survived by his parents, Marcus and Mary Lawrence, of Marion; sister, Linda (Gary) Alberhasky, of Iowa City; brother Brian (Debra) Lawrence, of Cedar Rapids; and his nieces and nephew, Sydney (Matt) Kauten, Sloan and Skylar Alberhasky, and Josephine and Amber Lawrence.

Terry was born in Monticello, Iowa on October 30, 1968. He worked at Pearson for 20 years after graduating from Iowa State University with a degree in engineering. Terry was currently a project manager. In his time away from work, he loved being with friends, skydiving, traveling, and playing cards. Terry enjoyed living life to the fullest, and treating each day as a new adventure. He also loved spending time at home with his two pets, a dog named Dublin and a cat named Crouton. Terry was beloved by many, and will surely be missed in the community.
