Olinda Hackmann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eibe Hackmann, died at Iowa City, Friday morning, October 8, 1915 at nine o'clock, following an operation on her mouth. The remains were brought home and the funeral service held at St. Donatus Lutheran church Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, Rev. Theo Janssen officiating with interment in the cemetery adjoining. There was a large crowd present to show their respect to the grief stricken parents and other relatives. -Lamotte News
