Sol Rocklin, 91, of Iowa City, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Oaknoll Health Center.

No services are planned.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Iowa City Hospice.

Sol was born November 15, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Theodore and Jenny Rochlin Cohen. He married Suanne Tauber on May 20, 1955 -- they just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.

He is survived by his wife, Sue; daughters, Sydney Rocklin (John) and Cookie Izaguirre (Ramon); sons, Tom and Bob (Joan); and seven grandchildren.
