Teresa M. Donchez, 96, of Iowa City and formerly of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, died Monday, December 24, 2012 at Crestview Nursing and Rehab Center in West Branch after a short illness.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 pm Friday, December 28th, 2012 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Iowa City with The Very Reverend Rudolph Juarez officiating. Burial will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Memorials may be directed to St. Patrick’s Church. Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service is handling arrangements.
Survivors include a daughter, Lorraine Stauffer and her husband, George, and their children Kristen Maria Stauffer and Christopher Michael Stauffer, all of Iowa City.

Teresa was preceded in death by her husband Frank in 2004.
