Lois Jean Roberts, 79, of Iowa City died peacefully Monday, August 27th at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.
Memorial Services will be Friday, September 7th at 2pm at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service in Iowa City.
Lois was born February 25, 1933 in Iowa City, the daughter of Rudolph and Mary Kost Kindl. She was a graduate of City High School.
Lois was a waitress at the University of Iowa Athletic Club for many years and has also done home health care. She liked to garden, can and cook, hunt mushrooms and go fishing with family.
Survivors include her children, William, Susan, Diana, David and Dawn; ten grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and thirteen siblings.
