Kathleen ‘Kae” Englert, 83, of Iowa City died Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Briarwood Health Care Center.

Graveside Services will be held at 11am, Thursday at St. Joseph Cemetery with Rev. Michael Phillips officiating. Family and friends will meet at Lensing Funeral and Cremation, Iowa City at 10:30 am and then process to the cemetery.

Kae was born May 10, 1928 in Iowa City, the daughter of Phil and Edna Rummelhart Englert.

Kae lived in California for many years, where she was employed by United Airlines. She returned to Iowa City in her later years to care for her mother.

Survivors include her brother, John (Jackie) Englert of Elmhurst, IL; her nephew, Mark (Mila) and niece Amy; great niece and nephew, Brian and Olivia.

Kae was preceded in death by her parents.
