Lloyd H. “Smoke” Wenman Sr., 75, lifelong resident of Iowa City, died Tuesday, January 10, 2012 in Cedar Rapids.

No services are planned. Memorials may be directed to Iowa City Hospice. Arrangements are with Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service in Iowa City.
Smoke was born June 13, 1936 in North Liberty, the son of Charles and Opal (Jordan) Wenman. He married Bess Woods August 15, 1975 in Rock Island.

Smoke is survived by his wife Bess, his children and grandchildren and several siblings.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
