Marjorie Voigt Moore died January 2, 2012 in Iowa City, Iowa.

Born Sept 4, 1926 in Burlington, Iowa, she was the daughter of E.J. Voigt, M.D. and
Myrtle Funk Voigt. She attended Burlington High School, graduating in
1944. In 1948, she completed a bachelor of science degree at Northwestern
University and in 1972 she received a bachelor of music degree from Iowa
Wesleyan College. She married Max Wayne Moore in Burlington, Iowa in
February, 1951. She was a member of Tri-Delta national sorority and of the
Lutheran faith.

Two daughters and one son survive her. Marianne Moore of
Sherborn, Massachusetts, Mallory Moore Hinz of Wellman, Iowa, and Mark
R. Moore of Burlington, Iowa.

A memorial has been established at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Mediapolis, Iowa 52637.
