Anne Bernadette Smith, was born in Canada on June 20th, 1956. She was adopted as a baby and moved to the United States with her new parents.
She was the proud mother of three children Jordan, Lisa and Justin. She was the grandmother of two, Ethan and Kierra who were the apple of her eye.
She departed this life on Friday June 3rd, 2011. She leaves to mourn her passing, her two surviving children, and two grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her son Jordan.
