Bradley J. Strottmann passed away unexpectedly at his home in Iowa City.
The family will greet friends from 4 to 7pm, Tuesday, November 3rd at Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service, Iowa City.
Brad was born February 8, 1958 in Iowa City. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps, earning an expert marksmanship badge. He earned a degree in psychology from the University of Iowa and another in electronics engineering technology from DeVry Institiute, and was currently employed by Cardella & Associates.
Brad was an avid reader and considered his library card to be one of his prized possessions. He also enjoyed walking, movies, and being a serious computer geek. He was an enthusiastic Hawkeye fan and was really enjoying this football season. He also enjoyed the agonies of being a Chicago Cubs fan.
Brad was preceded in death by his parents, M. Paul and Lavella A. Strottmann. He is survived by brothers Jeff of Iowa City and Jim of Milwaukee, WI, and by special friend Kathie Hovet of Iowa City.
