Mary Shupe, 82 of Iowa City died Friday, February 18, 2005 at Greenwood Manor after a brief illness.

Mary was born October 11, 1921 the daughter of W.J. and Rosemary Johannes. On February 28, 1946 she married Caryl Evans Shupe. The couple was married in Cedar Falls, Iowa. She was a school teacher for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Caryl and two sons, John and William.
