Michelle L. Drea, 35 of Iowa City died Friday, August 18, 2006 after a sudden illness.

Michelle was born August 18, 1971 in Iowa City, Iowa the daughter of George E. and Donna (Hunter) Drea. Michelle was a graduate from City High High School. She worked for MCI. Michelle was strong in her Irish heritage.

Survivors include her father, George Drea of Iowa City, Brothers and sisters; Deb and Jim Zenisek of Solon, IA, Dan Drea of Ocean Beach, CA, David and Sarah Drea of Iowa City, IA, Mike Drea of Iowa City, IA, Melanie and Rob Schusteritsch of San Francisco, CA, and Darcy Drea of Iowa City, IA. Michelle is survived by her nieces and nephews; Kyle Drea, Tori and Kyle Zenisek, Elsa Schusteritsch, her grandmother, Rose Drea of Mapleton, IA and by a special friend Brad Weinard, of Iowa City. She is also survived by her dog Bailey.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Donna Drea-Orris.
