Evelyn Polak, 91

Evelyn Polak (nee Sobczak), 91, of Iowa City, died Sunday, April 12, 2009 at her grand-daughter's home in Iowa City.

Visitation will be held Friday from 3:00 -- 9:00 pm at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home, 7812 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Niles, Illinois (847-966-7302). Funeral Mass will be Saturday at 10:00 am at St. Juliana Church with interment in Maryhill Cemetery. Local arrangements are with Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service in Iowa City.

Survivors include her daughter Letitia Libman and her grand-daughter & husband, Erika & Geoffrey Lauer, all of Iowa City.
