E.F. Bollei Dies Today

Funeral Services to Be Held Here Monday Morning

Earl F. Bollei, 42, who lived at 1190 Court street, died at Mercy hospital at 12:10 a.m. today after a lingering illness.

Mr. Bollei was born on September 23, 1903, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John P. Bollei. In 1929 he married Alma Brogia.

For the past six years, Mr. Bollei has been employed at the J.C. Penny Co. here.

Surviving are his wife; his father, one brother, Elmer; and one sister, Mrs. Ed H. Kramer, all of Iowa City; several nieces and nephews and uncles and aunts. His mother died December 28, 1944.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 9 a.m. at St. Mary’s church with burial in St. Joseph’s cemetery. The rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Sunday at the Hohenschuh mortuary.
