MRS. CILEK IS LAID TO REST AT ST. JOSEPH'S

Mrs. Anna Lenoch Cilek, widow of Frank J. Cilek, was laid to rest yesterday in St. Joseph's cemetery, following impressive services in St. Wenceslaus Church conducted at 9 o'clock in the morning. Solemn requiem high mass was celebrated with Rev. C. L. Panoch of Iowa City, as celebrant, Rev. Father Robling of Hills, deacon; and Rev. Father Michalek, of Solon, sub deacon. Father Panoch preached the sermon and conducted the services at the cemetery.

Mrs. Cilek was a member of the Rosary Society of St. Rita's court, Women's Catholic Order of Forestors, St. Wenceslaus Church and was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. In every way she was a loyal Catholic, a devoted wife and mother and a true friend.

She was born in Bohemia about 47 years ago and came to this country with her parents when she was a girl, locating in Iowa City; which has been her home ever since.

Her two children survivie - a son and a daughter, Joseph and Mary.

During the past 10 years following the death of her husband, she has been a member of the business world of Iowa City, succeeding to his interests in Smth & Cilek Hardware Store, which duly became the Lenoch & Cilek store, her brother Joseph Lenoch being her partner.

Mrs. Cilek had a large circle of friends, and her death will be mourned by one and all.
