Johnny Ehren Blake, infant son of Michelle Cook and Cassidy Blake of 542 Elkhorn Trail, Iowa City died before his birth on Thursday, April 12, 2007, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 21, 2007, at the Faith Baptist Church in Washington, Iowa with the Reverend Don Ruffenach officiating. Online condolences may be sent for his family through the web @www.gayandciha.com.

Johnny's family includes his parents, Michelle and Cassidy; siblings, Josh, Kaden, Jackie, Kaylee, and Kendra; grandmother, Kathy Cook of Washington, IA; grandfather, Paul Blake of Muscatine, IA; Uncles, Bill Goodwin, Rich Cook, EJ Blake, and Jerry Blake; Aunts, Jennifer Blake, and Paula Blake.
