Elizabeth Elaine Glentzer passed on March 27, 2007 after a long illness.

Betty was born December 13, 1919 in Fort Dodge the daughter of Veronica and Paul Glentzer. She grew up in Iowa City attending St. Patrick Catholic Church. After attending Clark College she began a 32 year career with American Airlines in Chicago and Los Angeles.

She was preceded in death by her sister Marilyn Devine of Waterloo and her brother Paul Glentzer who died as a teenager. She is survived by he brother in law Dr. Art Devine of Waterloo, her nephew Dr. Bill Devine of Cedar Rapids and her nieces Kathy Fishman of Milwaukee and Ann Devine-King of Morgantown, West Virginia. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
