Kenneth E. Fowler age 48, of rural North Liberty died Sunday, June 18, 2006, from an apparent drowning.

A gathering of Ken’s family and friends will take place at 2:00 p.m., Sunday at the Plumbers & Pipefitters Apprentice Building @ 5101 J Street SW, Cedar Rapids. Online condolences may be sent for his family through our website @www.gayandciha.com.

Kenneth Edward Fowler was born January 25, 1958, in Washington, D.C., the son of Frances A. Fowler Sr. and Regina Langley Fowler. He has resided in this area for a number of years employed as a welder. He has been a member of the Local Union 125 of the Plumbers & Pipefitters.

His family includes a daughter, April Fowler of San Antonio, TX; son, Kenneth E. Fowler Jr. of Diamond Head, MS; sister, Lisa Fowler of Joliet, IL, and his brother, Russell Fowler of LaPlata, MD.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Frankie Fowler.
