Patricia Switzer Zeithamel, age 72 of 915 20th. Avenue, Coralville died Friday, August 30, 2002 at the Lantern Park Nursing and Rehab Center in Coralville following a brief illness.

Graveside Services will be held at 3;30 p.m., Tuesday, September 3, 2002 at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City. Memorial donations can be made to Iowa City Hospice . Gay & Ciha Funeal and Cremation Services of Iowa City is caring for Pat’s services and her family.

Patricia was born March 23, 1930, in Iowa City the daughter of Ervin and Elizabeth (Burk) Switzer. For a number of years she worked at Younkers in Iowa City and also at Pearsons Drug Store in Iowa City. In 1978 she moved to Denver, Colorado where she has resided until moving back to Iowa City earlier this month to be near family. In Denver she was employed as a Security Officer at the Denver Merchandise Mart.

Her family includes a brother and his wife, Evert and Ruth Switzer of Iowa City, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parentsm one brother and 2 sisters.
