Note Golden Wedding Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Kloos

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Kloos of 314 North Reno street, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner Sunday in their home. Special guests were Mr. and Mrs. George Seydel of 403 South Lucas street, who attended the couple on their wedding day.
Among the 20 guests were the couple's children and their families. They were Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Kloos of Del Monte, Calif., Mr. and Mrs. George Kloos of Freeport, Ill., and son, Bill, and Mr. and Mrs. L. P. Truxaw and son, Dick, of 314 North Reno street.
Other guests were Mrs. Kloos' sister, Mrs. John Bruce, 640 South Lucas street, and a relative, Mrs. Elsie Luechen of Edgewood.
The couple was married on October 28, 1896, in the bride's home with the Rev. Bullock of the First Congregational church presiding. Mrs. Kloos is the former Emma Ciha.
Mr. and Mrs. Kloos have three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
