Mrs. Ed Schuppert and Mrs. Ethel Mayne entertained at a post-nuptial shower party Monday afternoon for their niece, Mrs. Charles Walden, the former Doris Mae Tomlin, at the Schuppert cottage south of Iowa City.
Guests included the honoree, Mrs. John Hogan and daughters, Ethel and Thelma, Mrs. George Hildenbrandt, Mrs. Clarence Rupert, Mrs. Lee Chopek and daughters, Joan and Carol, Mrs. Milo Rushek and daughter, Lee Ann, of Solon, Mrs. Arnold Jilovec of Solon, Mr. Paul Schuppert, Miss Charlotte Rushek of Solon, Mrs. Robert Jaley and sons, Harold and Donnie, Mrs. John Bald and son, Richard, Mrs. John Schuppert, Mrs. George Tomlin, Mrs. Robert Tomlin, Mrs. Will Jones, Mrs. Clarence Vestermark, Mrs. James Kennedy, and Mrs. Harold Osburn and children, Donnie and Jimmy, of Chicago.
Miss Ethel and Thelma Hogan, 816 East Bloomington street, feted Mrs. Walden during the week-end at a miscellaneous shower party at their home.
