Jacob Fackler to Schimborsky Joseph [deed]

Know all men by these present that we Jacob Fackler and Elizabeth Fackler of Johnson county, state of Iowa in consideration of the sum of one hundred fifty dollars and 00 cents in hand paid by Joseph Schimborsky of Linn County, Iowa, do hereby sell and convey unto the said Joseph Schimborsky the following described premises to wit: the north half of the north east quarter of the south west quarter of section one (1) township eight-one (81) north range seven (7) west of the fifth principal meridian, and we do hereby covenant with the said Joseph Schimborsky that we are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from all incumberances, that we have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey the same and we do hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever and the said Elizabeth Fckler hereby relinquishes her right of dower in and to said premises.

On this 19th day of april A.D. 1856 before me a justice of peace in and for the county of Johnson personally came Jacob Fackler and Elizabeth Fackler to me known to be the identical persons whose names are affixed to the above deed as grantors and acknowledge the same to be their voluntary act and deed.
