NOLAN, FITZPATRICK

THOMAS NOLAN, a farmer and stock raiser, residing on section one, in Graham township, post-office address, Morse; was born in 1828, in Tipperary county, Ireland. Came to America in 1835, landed in New York and settled in New Jersy [sic], and lived there five years, then settled in Graham township, in 1840. He is a son of James and Bridget Nolan, deceased. He was married in 1850, to Miss Margaret Fitzpatrick of Cedar county, Iowa. They have two boys. The family are members of the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Chnrch [sic] at Cedar county, called the Nolan Church, in the Nolan settlement. A democrat in politics.
