Ross VEACH, 60, died yesterday in Ottumwa. Interment in Batavia Cemetery.

Survived by wife Eunice, four grandchildren; one sister and one brother. His only daughter, Mrs. Max LINDLEY, Moravia, died six weeks ago. Mr. VEACH was a carpenter by trade, president of the Batavia School Board, member Town Council, and of the Farmers' Telephone Board.
