Isaac LOY, 93, died Sun. at the home of his daughter Mrs. Cora A. WILSON, 112 W. Findley Ave., Ottumwa, Iowa.

Born Apr. 6, 1845, near Columbus, Ohio, son of Hiram and Nancy LOY. Parents moved to McDonough County, Ill., in his early childhood.

On Dec. 25, 1872, he married Miss Mary Elizabeth VORHES. Four children, two died in childhood. In 1890 he moved his family to Iowa and resided near Batavia for several years, moving to Ottumwa in 1910. Wife died in 1922. Remaining children are Mrs. WILSON and Jesse O. LOY of Batavia; five grandchildren, 9 grgrchn. Burial at Batavia.
