Harriet C. LINDER, daughter of Catherine and David SICELOFF, born in Indiana Oct. 4, 1839 (sic - 1842), died at her home in Batavia, Iowa, Oct. 26, 1926. age 87 y 22 d.
Married Shelton A. KING in this state, later returning to Indiana. To this union five children, three preceded their mother in death, two in infancy and Mrs. Sadie Catherine OSTRANDER in 1899.
Surviving: Dr. D. H. KING of Batavia, Iowa, and Mrs. Nancy RUDDELL of Kirkville, Mo., also grandchildren: Mrs. Glada RUBBLE of Eldon, Iowa; Arthur OSTRANDER of Hedrick, Iowa; Homer SWARTZ of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; and Morrell SWARTZ of Kirkville, Mo., and two grgrchn, Charley and Albert RUBBLE.
Christian Church, later Methodist. Funeral at the home of her son Dr. D. H. KING Sunday 2 PM. Interment in Batavia Cemetery. Pall bearers: Ed NELSON, Sam GORMAN, Fritz NEHRE, Jim McDOWELL, Bryant DeGOOD, and L. L. LAWSON.
