BATAVIA. Mrs. Bessie A. KING, 79, died at her home two miles north of the Eldon Y Sunday evening.... Bur. Batavia Cemetery.

Born July 2, 1879, in Wapello County, daughter of Frank and Martha WILSON HENRY and spent all of her life in the Batavia community. In her earlier years she gave piano lessons, many times going by horseback to the homes of her pupils.

Married Sept. 15, 1897, Dr. David H. KING, who was a physician here for 50 years. He died in 1952. Her only survivors are cousins and nephews.
